Clean and well maintained. Great selection on all things. Jen is amazing and helped me with everything. Bought One charm, a ring, and a necklace from her because she helped me so much. 10/10 this will be my new local store.
The customer service at this location was far better than the location on Grand Parkway in Spring. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to gather all of my information and was very patient, even when I changed my mind a couple of times. Because of the excellent service I received, this will be the only location I will return to moving forward.
Jonna, Madison and Truitt are the best and they took care of me and answered all of my questions as it was my first time buying a charm bracelet for my birthday :) They have great hours as well!
I would normally leave a 5-star review because I’ve purchased thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from James Avery over the years and have always had wonderful, pleasant experiences—until this evening (2/22/26). I arrived at the location on 1488 near 2978 at 5:57 p.m. As I approached the door at 5:59, I saw an employee locking up.
