I had a wonderful experience today while adding a charm to my bracelet. Jonna was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and corrected my charm bracelet without hesitation being my charm bracelet was purchased at another James Avery. Jonna showed excellent customer service and I would definitely come back to this location.
I needed my ring polished and they did it right away at no charge. They are very friendly and helpful. Learned the windex trick to remove my ring easier! I recommend James Avery's because of one of the customer services!
