I would normally leave a 5-star review because I’ve purchased thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from James Avery over the years and have always had wonderful, pleasant experiences—until this evening (2/22/26). I arrived at the location on 1488 near 2978 at 5:57 p.m. As I approached the door at 5:59, I saw an employee locking up. Kerrie was very kind and helpful! Even though there was a line and it’s packed because of the holiday she was so positive and patient with each customer. I recommend this location because of how sweet she is. A+ customer service here!
