Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our Westwood Village store in Magnolia!

Let me start with how much I love Love LOVE James Avery, but, this particular store never answers the phone! Before driving there, I wanted to see if they had a specific charm in stock… Called various times throughout the day, no answer. Phone rings like 4x then automatically hangs up. So frustrating! Was on my way home from work today and called 7 more times before I finally decided to say screw it. I don’t want the charm anymore
I placed an order for a special order a week ago and let the staff know that I would place ANOTHER order this week for charms, and asked them how to go about that. I was told that when I placed my new order to call and let them know what was going on and where I wanted my charms at if I wasn’t picky. Always friendly staff. Ordered online and picked up when ready. No wait.
Employees are always so sweet and helpful. Dropped off my charm bracelet only an hour before close with a list of things I needed to do to it. I was expecting to pick it up the next day, but they had it ready in less than a half hour and it’s perfect!
Called before hand to have my rings cleaned and associate said they could do it. Got there and was told that they will only clean rings from James Avery, all the other high end jewelers will clean any ring you bring to them but this cheap brand won’t? Not to mention the in store associate was super rude.
