Let me start with how much I love Love LOVE James Avery, but, this particular store never answers the phone! Before driving there, I wanted to see if they had a specific charm in stock… Called various times throughout the day, no answer. Phone rings like 4x then automatically hangs up. So frustrating! Was on my way home from work today and called 7 more times before I finally decided to say screw it. I don’t want the charm anymore

I placed an order for a special order a week ago and let the staff know that I would place ANOTHER order this week for charms, and asked them how to go about that. I was told that when I placed my new order to call and let them know what was going on and where I wanted my charms at if I wasn’t picky. Employees are always so sweet and helpful. Dropped off my charm bracelet only an hour before close with a list of things I needed to do to it. I was expecting to pick it up the next day, but they had it ready in less than a half hour and it’s perfect!
