We went hoping to have them change our watch batteries, but they don't do that. Not their fault. It IS a very nice place and they were able to refer us to another jewler that helped us.
I have come to this store a lot and i’ve given them a lot of business from my own spending and i was very disappointed in the service i received i live over 30 minutes away and this is the closest Store to me and my charm bracelet broke and I just needed to get it fixed. Out of All of the James Avery stores I’ve been to, this one has the best customer service! They greet you every time you come in, ask if you need help, and are always around to answer your questions. Will definitely be back!
I was in the Stephenville Shop recently to make an exchange and get a few charms soldered on a new bracelet. My past experiences in other locations far exceeded the experience I had at this location. The young woman that assisted me, Valerie, was not friendly at all. She definitely wasn’t helpful and her attitude was not good. I have shopped with James Avery for well over 50 years so I am very familiar with the experience that the company wants their “guests” to receive. Wasn’t much help. Wouldn’t let me return my ring when it’s practically brand new and couldn’t even put my charms on. Won’t be going to this location again
