Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store in H-E-B in Marble Falls!

It’s considerably unprofessional to skip over someone who had been waiting 20 minutes for someone who just walked up.
I went in today to have some new charms added to my bracelet and requested they make sure the connection was good since Kerrville didn’t make a good connection and my expensive charm fell off and was lost forever. I believe her name was April and she was the store manager. She got the brunt end of my frustration after I concluded I would have to call Kerrville to inquire about a charm replacement. I want to say Nancy is the most sweetest lady I ever met. Jamesavery is so lucky to have a person like her. She's always busy but makes sure she makes sure every Customer feels welcome. Thank you for an excellent service
