I went in today to have some new charms added to my bracelet and requested they make sure the connection was good since Kerrville didn’t make a good connection and my expensive charm fell off and was lost forever. I believe her name was April and she was the store manager. She got the brunt end of my frustration after I concluded I would have to call Kerrville to inquire about a charm replacement.
