Used to be a great local shop. Something changed. The charms selected were not added and those that were added were not in correct placement. The lovely manager from the holiday time said they would make it right. Today an argumentative sales clerk demonstrated this is NOT the store it used to be. I just got a refund and will not patronize the store any longer.
