Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will now no longer shop with this brand after being a loyal customer for years. After receiving a brand new charm bracelet it broke after having it for a couple months. I am not hard on my jewelry at all so the fact this had such terrible quality is shocking. Teddy was the most helpful person. Very knowledgeable and was willing to show my wife all the options she was shopping for with a smile. It was a great visit.
I came to mansfield this evening because the manager I believe was the one to hold some charms and a bracelet for me . I live in Burleson and have to say I have been to many James Avery stores and this evenings visit with Teddy was over the top with customer service and knowledge so patient and kind can’t say enough Wish to see more of this kind service and hope to see Teddy many more times at James Avery will be worth the drive!
