Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself at our store at Crossroads at Terrell!

My experience always depends on who helps me out. First time I came here a white older lady was extremely nice and helpful. I came here on Saturday to pick up an online order and the sales lady was rude. She was a chubby, mid 20’s, (maybe) hispanic lady that had a horrible attitude. Ordered online for pickup today. (Mother’s Day) Expecting it to be extremely busy, so saved myself the hassle. I walked in to the pickup area and one of the employees asked if I was there for pickup I said yes. She said I needed to get in line. The line was almost out the door of people buying items not picking up. I understand it’s busy, but what’s the whole point of being able to order for pickup if I still have to wait 35 minutes in line.
