Be extra cautious when receiving change or money back from this location. My mother had went on December 20th to this James Avery location to purchase a Christmas gift. At checkout she had dealt with Angie an employee at this store. The total for this specific purchase was around $178 my mother gave her $200 she proceeded to walk away with the money and count it in the back room. Val is an absolute angel!! I ran over one of my favorite rings with my car.. I had no expectations but a lot of hope JA would be able to get my ring back in shape. She assured me she would try her best and her best she did!! I’m forever grateful to them!! Pic of my ring flat as a board
