Five-Star Review We stopped by James Avery in Sherman about 10 minutes before closing because we wanted to look at silver chains for our son. We were planning to be quick because the last thing we wanted was to keep anyone late. We were greeted by Benita, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. To start off, I have bought probably over $1,000 worth of stuff at this location alone with no issues. My most recent purchase, however, was more of an exchange because my wife wanted a ring and we got the wrong size. We went down a half size and when they went to do the exchange, we owed $3.25. I was like, "why do we owe anything, it should be a 1 for 1 exchange?" The manager said "The price for the ring raised from $43 when you bought it to $46 now."
