Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at The Gates of Prosper!

The best customer service at any James Avery I’ve ever purchased from. Thoughtful, helpful, and above all WILLING!! Willing to help and accommodate. I purchased a charm and bracelet for my daughter at another location (cough cough Allen) and they are always one week behind on soldering charms onto bracelets. Drove to this location and I kid you not I was in and out in less than 10mins. I found my JA home store. I will be back!

This location is the worst !!! racist to the core With terrible customer service! The lady who assisted me name was Karen and her name fit her ! She was very RUDE ! Upon walking in the store was EMPTY no one greeted me no one asked if i needed help no one said ANYTHING but soon as other people white to be exact everyone became so friendly and willing to help THEM !
