Ordering online means nothing. Had to wait behind 8+ just to pick up what I bought. Already paid, whole reason I did online! Staff was rude, basically, we don't care. So I waited behind folks deciding on purchases. Worst part, they have a "pick up online orders" sign but sales person said it doesn't mean anything. Absolutely won't buy here again! This was 2 stars, but I changed it to 4 as I stopped in to the Plano location as the ring i had purchased was the wrong size for my wife. This was a totally different experience. pl... read more
I took my anklet to get resized since it was too big and when I went to pick it up it still was too big even after I had shown Lydia how I wanted the anklet to fit. Waste of my time and rude customer service.
