Faith welcomed me as soon as I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable of the charms and types of chains that James Avery sells. I was looking for a specific one and it literally took minutes to get it in my hands. I also ended up buying two charms and got a charm bracelet for free with their special this month. I was also super excited to learn that Holly was able to solder the charm to the bracelet immediately before I even walked out of the store. Happy camper right here!!
My husband’s heavy curbed chain James Avery necklace recently got caught on our dog’s kennel as he leaned forward to put her away. When he stood up, he didn’t know the chain was stuck and it broke between two links on the side. I had such an amazing experience at the James Avery Artisan Jewelry location in Prosper! The customer service was absolutely top notch from start to finish. They cleaned my jewelry with such a quick turnaround, and everything came back looking beautiful. What really stood out was how far above and beyond the staff went to help shorten the chain on a necklace for me.
