I’ve been a customer of James Avery since 1983. This store has a bad attitude and has zero respect for Veterans or the family of our Veterans. Susan the Manager the worst what a misinformed human and a lady named Iris so rude. Forget this store they are something else !!! Unbelievable ! !! The worst ! My heart is truly full when I am writing this review as this store is more to me than just a place for purchasing the beautiful jewelry ( which I have done for a long time now) Susan the lovely manager and her staff always make me feel welcome, are providing me with the best service and a whole lot of kindness as well!
