Worst customer service at this location! I went in found what I needed was ready to purchase I was told to give them a few minutes, I proceeded to patiently wait was never approached for help after that, wont be returning to this location.

My wife and I, love James Avery in General we haven't had a negative experience at any location. The ladies at the Bastrop branch were pleasant and very attentive. We will return

I went in to the bastrop location to get something for my wife and Gracie help find just what I wanted and she was awesome helping me out so I went back to get a valentine’s gift for my wife and daughter and Gracie helped me again with better than the best help she found what I was looking for and my price range. I will definitely be back again ..

Went here today to have a silver cross added to a current chain. I didn’t purchase either from this store, but the young lady that helped me was so kind. I am definitely going to do some research and purchase something from this store in Bastrop, just because of the incredible service I received today.

First and last time that I go there went to get a bracelet resized and bought a new one the one I was getting resized didn’t have a safety pin or chain I called to ask if they could add it on or if it was already to late the girl I spoke on the phone named Liz laughed at me as I asked about me adding the safety chain never again.
