Jesse was very sweet and very kind. She helped me with an exchange and even had my charm added within a few minutes. It was an incredible experience! Overall her customer service was excellent and I will be back because of her.

Had to share an exceptional experience in the store. Ms. Kathleen was absolutely wonderful. She helped me look at all the items I listed, plus others she suggested would fit nicely. Was respectful but also warm and friendly. As someone who is moving away and wanted to give a special someone a special gift; it wouldn’t have been possible without her help. She absolutely loved the gift and I just had to say Thank You so much.

Don’t bring your James Avery jewelry for cleaning they will lose your items and make you feel as if you are in the wrong. I’ve spent quite a bit of money with this location and put trust in them when bringing my items. It’s a good thing I checked what was handed to me as they handed me someone else’s jewelry. The store manager Pam was not much of assistance as she didn’t see any sense of empathy nor urgency to assist the other lady looking for my jewelry
