Took my 11 yr old to get measured for a ring. 1st time ever, the girl working there gave me the measure and said, "You do it." Never warning me, it could get stuck on my child's finger. Not very bright or professional. Yes, I should know better, but it was my 1st time having my child's ring finger measured. Train these young ones better and not to have an "I don't care" attitude. This location is usually good but not impressed with that particular sales girl.
Went to this location at South Park on Sunday, store was very nice and clean as soon as I walked in I was greeted and a young lady helped me find what I was looking for. When I checked out I was helped by alaura she was very kind and offered to add on the charm right away for my niece! This location is amazing!
James Avery has so many new pieces of jewelry. Very nice charms and rings.. everything is beautiful. I was very happy with my puchase. I was assisted promptly and kindness
Becareful when bringing your items in to be repaired apparently they mix up others customers items.. brought my sons chain in to be repaired an they gave us a chain that was 18 inches instead of the original I purchased Was 26 inches I had the original receipt along with the pendant that was with it.. again the assistant manager or whatever she was said the receipt I’m showing was from months ago also it was with the same cross that was from months ago that I brought it.. the young girl who took in the chain was incompetent ... read more
Had the pleasure of working with one of the Managers Maria. She was so helpful and polite, she helped get everything I needed. I would come back to this James Avery just for her!
