Ada greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming to the Lufkin location , I had a bracelet that needed cleaning that I had brought in the prior day and it was not going to be ready until after 6pm but Ada went above and beyond for me and made it happen, I’m not from Lufkin so I was very grateful and pleased with her customer service!!!
