James Avery is the absolute best!! I love it I have 2 completely full bracelets!! I dropped off my bracelets today to have them cleaned and looking beautiful when I pick them up tomorrow they are the best.
My experience wasn’t the best at this location when I walked in the ladies didn’t even greet us , then as we’re looking around they ask “can I help you with something” so rudely . The lady who checked me out was even more rude had a really bad tone with me I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.
Limited to only selling and maintaining JA jewelry. If you're not a fan of this work, the store is useless to any of your need.
Had such a wonderful experience here thanks to Sigourney, she is an absolute dream. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
