I have to say that I really enjoy shopping at this location. My wife loves James Avery and the Harlingen store is my go to for a couple of reasons. First of all it’s got a great setup and the drive thru is a plus. Additionally the past few times I’ve gone, I’ve experienced really great service from one of the associates named Carolyn. She definitely knows her stuff and has great suggestions. She’s always been really helpful and never makes me feel rushed. I don't know if hours are supposed to be changing but this is the second day in a row that the store is closed during lunch time. You can see multiple cars parked on the side and in the back but there is a sign on the door that the store is closed. If the store is closing for lunch temporarily how about adding dates to whatever paper is being taped to the door. That way I'm not wasting my time going to the store AGAIN for it to be closed.
