Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store in Harlingen in Harlingen!

I went in not knowing what I wanted, hoping for some guidance from a professional staff. I was very disappointed in the knowledge and enthusiasm of the sales person. I did buy an okay necklace and pendant but most likely I will look somewhere else to buy jewelry in the future and never visit a James Avery.
If I could rate negative stars, I would. I previously had an issue with this store about a year ago, and their only solution was telling us to visit the Weslaco location in the future. We’ve been going to Weslaco for polishing ever since, but because of the drive and how long ago that experience was, I decided to give this location another shot today. Ordered in the morning and it was ready that afternoon great
Poor service. I went in to purchase a ring for my daughter and not one of the 5 girls that were there came to ask if I needed help. They were too busy laughing and talking to help. So my wife just ordered it online instead. Then to top it off. I went to go pick up my daughter's ring at the pick up window. The girl clearly saw me waiting there waiting for her and she walked past me 3 damn times until she came to me and asked what I needed. Go to another store. This one has just gone down. Poor service. Poor attitude.
