I love James Avery jewelry. The quality is impeccable. This visit I got a charm holder necklace. It says "Mom" across the top. I am totally in love with it. The staff at the store in Harlingen was very helpful and friendly.

I was very disappointed to receive my items in a plastic bag. I have never received my items this way. It felt like I was picking up stuff at the pulga. P.S. Nothing's wrong with the pulga; I love it, but I didn't expect to receive my items this way.
