Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at Kyle Crossing in Kyle!

I’m extremely frustrated. I went into the Kyle location to get help with my daughter’s very expensive bracelet. After only 2 months of wearing it (not catching it on things and taking very good care of it) a link had broken and a charm fell off and was lost. We were greeted kindly however as soon as the team lead heard I was upset about something and not making a purchase she quickly became rude and short. The folks at James Avery are as good as it gets. They are always very friendly and willing to help answer any of your questions. I just bought a bracelet for my wife and had gemstones soldered onto it and it was completed by 5 PM the same day and I didn’t make the purchase until 1:30 PM that day. Which was impressive. I came into the store with a handful of James Avery charms to add to my bracelets and a ring I needed to exchange. I was greeted by some nice employees when I walked in but when I approached the counter to tell them I needed to get my charms added, I quickly received a rude glance from Sandra.
