The signage in this store is confusing and wait times are long. There is a sign that says something like "order pick-up" right by a cash register, which implies that is the line for people who are only picking up orders. I was picking up an order so I lined up there. I waited a while and when it was my turn the attendant said "we're only doing one line today". JAMES AVERY Natalie, my neighbor located in Plum Creek blessed me today with the most gracious assistance at James Avery. I had no idea we had a location in Kyle. We are officially on the map!!! Located in Kings Crossing near Little Caesar’s between Super Cuts and Sylvan Learning Center. It isn’t facing 1626 so it was a bit challenging to locate initially. Excellent store, exceptional service, and a wonderful staff. I discovered epoxy on my wedding ring and they removed it, cleaned my ring, and polished it. The ring looks brand new.
