A older lady working was unprofessional and didn't really want to help us. My daughter's ring needed exchange & told us we couldn't do that nor did she want to help us find a solution.Temple Manager wanted to find away to excuse her behavior. But Waco store stepped up and helped us right away looked up our purchased dated and they exchanged it for us.
They only work on James Avery sorry about that
Came into the store and had a good experience lady Jennifer greeted me and was very attentive and professional.
