This James Avery store in Temple was able to fix the mess the store in Harper Heights caused. I purchased three new charmes in Harker Heights. One unsoldered charm fell off. The loop on the charms were closed but not soldered I took it in to the Temple store and spoke to the manager Jennifer. She inspected the bracelet, cleaned it and soldered all the charms and replaced the clasp. Save yourself the headache use the store in Temple.
