I should have read the reviews before coming to this location!! It is the one closest to me so I stopped by, I usually make the drive to the Sugarland location because they’ve always treated me so well there. However I was in a time crunch so just stopped here and didn’t think much of it since my husband has gone to the Pearland location and has been treated amazing so I thought all locations are great! Bad customer service, and soldering work. I had 4 charms put on and when I came to pick it up they could not find my bracelet and when they finally did they dumped it on the counter and tried to rush me out. I left before I noticed that they placed 2 of the 4 backwards and the other 2 had something on them. I'm still not sure what it is but the charms have some bronze rusty looking lines on them. Just go to a different James Avery if you want the work done right, and good customer service.
Came in to get my mother a birthday gift, waited patiently for 1 of the 2 employees to help my wife and I only to get ignored and skipped by 4 new customers that came in. We left without even receiving a hello or welcome in! Sad
