Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had today July 30th didn’t get her name but she was wearing a red top short Caucasian female with wavy black hair. The employee spent the entire interaction rolling her eyes and acting like every customer was an inconvenience. Her attitude was downright nasty and completely unprofessional. Business was handled well. I went to pick up an order then when I arrived I purchased some more items. Had them installed as well as got a few items cleaned and they were ready at the time I was told to come back and pick everything up. Trish, the sales rep is such a sweetheart. It's always a pleasure to be served by her each time I shop at the Rosenberg location.
Bad customer service. Manager Colleen could use to learn some customer service skills, especially as a manager!!!
