I had a very pleasant experience at this location! They helped me get what I needed and I had a few questions and Colene helped me out a ton.
My wife dropped off 2 bracelets around 10 this morning (03/19/2026). That went well, no issues. She picked them up at 7:04pm today (03/19/2026) and the lady behind the counter was having a conversation with another employee, when another employee helping another customer requested the other employee assist my wife, she huffed and puffed, hastily grabbed the receipt, grabbed the bracelets, unclasped them and goes “here” and went back to her conversation. She didn’t look like she wanted to be of assistance….
Guess im joining the bad customer service review. Came the day before valentines and was super excited to get my first bracelet and charm. I had always wanted one but never could get one as a child due to my mom being a single mom. Finally my husband decided to make that dream come true. We went in and of course it was busy but when I got to the desk the bracelet I ordered was to small and the lady was really rude when I asked for other options.
