Go to any other JA instead of this one. Just left bc the gray hair old lady is rude. She just doesn’t want to work and basically shoooed me away. She needs more customer training rude ol bitty! She la lucky I had patience today. First and last time at this location. Go to Kingwood or summerwood location because this one is not it. No wonder there’s never anyone here 😆

Ordering online for curbside pickup is a waste of time. I ordered today, and when I arrived, I called to have my item brought out. However, because it was cloudy, they claimed they couldn't come out due to the weather; I had to go inside. I told them it wasn't raining, but they said that's what they were told. Curbside pickup is supposed to be convenient for the customer, as far as I'm aware, not the employee. If it were pouring rain, it would be understandable, but when I arrived, it was only cloudy. I went a couple weeks ago and I don't understand how your employees don't know their own bracelets. I've had my bracelet for over 10yrs. It was one of the first bracelets yall had. My aunt used to work there and she still remembers this bracelet being the first ones. So I wanted to put my charms on and yall told me my bracelet was a fake. But the charms are real.
