I took in my daughter’s bracelet to add in a charm, I was not greeted not even eye contact. I said hi how are you, then she answered good and you. ? I didn’t catch her name but it was the older white lady. No customer service what so ever. Picked up the next day, different lady was there, same attitude, did not acknowledge.

i went in to get some charms put on and the wonderful ladies here noticed my other charms weren’t put on right. i told them the other location doesn’t do a great job and sometimes my charms even fall off. they decided to literally move each charm on my bracelet to the correct place and it looks so much better. best experience i’ve had at a james avery by far !

Good afternoon I would like to say about James Avery inside of Dillards Humble I’ve always been treated with Great respect. My experience with Melissa ,Amaya and Miss Kathy is they are always so courteous and kind. They reach out to me. Let me know when all of the new pieces are in. The only thing that is missing is that they do not honor the military discount I feel like if they honored it like James Avery free standing stores.It should also be honored inside James Avery Dillard’s

I was greeted warmly by the staff, they added my very special old charm from a necklace to my bracelet, she also cleaned and rearranged one charm that it was placed backwards.
