Before writing this review I looked through the reviews to see if it was an ongoing issue...if it is the same lady that they are speaking out...I wanted to make a simple purchase and when I greeted the cashier she was cold and not every costumer service oriented.I don't understand why looked annoyed (I greeted her and was smiling at her). I asked her if an item was in stock and she said "no". She did not offer to see if they had it in stock at nearby stores or asked I she can help me order it online. I would like to speak about the ladies that work in James Avery in Deerbrook Mall Dillards Miss Melissa Miss Kathy and Maya there are some very nice ladies they treat you with so much respect and I enjoy coming here because people wanna go to James Avery by their charms then come over here to the mall and get them put on they need to get them put on where they buy them at
Warning Do Not purchase or drop off your bracelet at this location. I dropped off my daughter’s bracelet to get a charm put on, it has not even been a week and her whole bracelet including the charms has turned brown. I contacted them about the situation and they said that it was nothing they did. Clearly that is a Lie because whatever you did couldn’t even hold up a week and as expensive as these items are that is crazy. I reported this location to the company and warning all customers Do Not Trust This Location
