Ordering online for curbside pickup is a waste of time. I ordered today, and when I arrived, I called to have my item brought out. However, because it was cloudy, they claimed they couldn't come out due to the weather; I had to go inside. I told them it wasn't raining, but they said that's what they were told. I went a couple weeks ago and I don't understand how your employees don't know their own bracelets. I've had my bracelet for over 10yrs. It was one of the first bracelets yall had.
