I've been coming to J.A for more then 12 years buying jewelry. This is a handful of times to this location. I went on Sunday October 12, 2025 to drop off a bracelet never used bc fit my daughter to big. She had a charm on it already. Adding another She had to add & making it smaller. I go to pick it up. The girl who helped me didn't have a name tag. I guess that's not a things anymore.. so she keep running her fingers on it over and over looked confused but continues to put it down. I had a great experience at this James Avery today thanks to store associate Candace! My husband and I stopped by this James Avery to get a gift for an event we were heading to and she helped us pick out the gift and was very knowledgeable about everything. I had no idea you have to wait a little while to have the charms put on and she was able to have it done instantly so we could make it on time to the event we were heading to. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend asking for Candace!
We just started going in store for our James Avery collection as we have done most of our shopping online. Here are somethings that I have noticed visiting the in store location. 1. ALL the associates have this look on their faces as if they don’t want to be there. They look bothered when you are making a the request to have charms added or the bracelets cleaned. 2. I had an unpleasant experience at the store recently, but Ms. Stacy completely turned things around. She was so attentive, making sure I was taken care of and that my concerns were heard. Her sweet and encouraging demeanor made me feel so much more comfortable, and I really appreciated her efforts to restore my confidence in shopping there. Thanks to Ms. Stacy, I now feel comfortable and confident being able to shop in comfort at the store again. Her exceptional customer service truly made a difference!
