My experience here was horrible if ur an autistic mom with autistic kid don’t go here some aver very rude don’t show compassion even after I let her know my son was autistic and they get over stimulated I walk out that store crying, ppl like them makes us autistic mom regret even leaving the house my daughter and son had to see me walk out there crying n cry on our whole ride home
I am very disappointed with the customer service my family received at James Avery. The manager was extremely rude and lacked understanding and compassion toward my sister’s autistic child. Instead of showing patience or trying to accommodate the situation, she repeatedly told my sister that she needed to leave because there were other customers waiting. The worst James Avery, I avoid this location even though it’s close to my home. I drive all the way to the heights just because it’s always a better experience. The workers are nicer, they’re no limit on getting your items cleaned and the ladies in the heights location will let you know before they start that it will take 3-4 days for something to be ready.. Mangers at this location need to do better very incompetent location with employees to match.
The line is ridiculous . Next i will just go to another location , 40 min in line?! Ridiculous..
Make sure you bring lunch because you will ne here for a long time i timed and they are getting a costumer out every 20 minutes thats with 3 cashiers and the manager she keep pulling the employees to do other things for her insted of her get to work cause the line its all the way to the door
