The ladies are always nice, and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly.
The welds that they did on my bracelet were so bad, I had them redone at another location and are now much better. One of the charms I had put on by them wasn’t in the correct spot. When I pointed this out, I was rudely told that it was correct by some old Australian guy.
I had the pleasure of working with Illianna (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and she was AMAZING! Very personable and helped with my every need!!
