Dont trust this place. I had a bracelet that had 27 links in it and seven charms and I got back a bracelet with 25 links in it and six charms and she’s took my receipt and crumpled it back and didn’t even make me get my receipt back she hide it from me, knowing that it was wrong. They even put my charms in the wrong order. horrible customer service and stole a charm n gave me wrong size bracelet. I also ordered a necklace that they said would have been in the same time that I picked up my bracelet but she said oh it doesn’t.... read more
The ladies are always nice, and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly.
The welds that they did on my bracelet were so bad, I had them redone at another location and are now much better. One of the charms I had put on by them wasn’t in the correct spot. When I pointed this out, I was rudely told that it was correct by some old Australian guy.
