We brought a bracelet in to have a charm put on it. The attendant working here told us it would take one hour to be ready. This was at 5 pm. We came back just before 6 pm and the attendant had already locked the door and was inside and ignored us standing at the door. She mopped around the store floors while we watched her and then She went in the back and never returned. We don’t live in town so we were very upset that she took the bracelet and kept it.
