Had an appointment for 2pm. Mechanic wasn't even there, waited there half an hour and he still didn't show up. He called almost 30 minutes after that and wanted me to bring my truck back up. I try to keep my business local and with small businesses but even I know rule number 1 is when you make an appointment with a customer you should at least show up.
