I was stranded on the side of the Interstate and James picked me and my car up with professionalism and a servant's heart and got us to a service center. I started my day on the side of the road in a place I didn't want to be and ended my tow with a new friend and trusted provider.
I was passing through Forest when I stopped at a store to get gas. I accidentally locked my keys in my car & had to call Mr. James. He came right over & unlocked my doors to retrieve my keys. He was very polite & professional. If needed I would definitely use his services again & would recommend anyone else to do the same.
I tell you my wife and I are traveling through we are over night in the Roosevelt State Park and we picked up a nail or screw or something in our left rear truck tire , and We had the experience to work with James from the repair shop to come out to the camp ground and change the tire out he showed up earlier than we were told ! What a great experience and a very pleasant man ! Thank you James may God continue to bless you 🙏 Doug & Cindy Healey
