I was passing through Forest when I stopped at a store to get gas. I accidentally locked my keys in my car & had to call Mr. James. He came right over & unlocked my doors to retrieve my keys. He was very polite & professional. If needed I would definitely use his services again & would recommend anyone else to do the same.
I tell you my wife and I are traveling through we are over night in the Roosevelt State Park and we picked up a nail or screw or something in our left rear truck tire , and We had the experience to work with James from the repair shop to come out to the camp ground and change the tire out he showed up earlier than we were told ! Mr. James was God sent! I can't say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and passion to help a stranger in distress! I was on the side of I20 near Meridian at 5:45am and he rushed to my rescue and put forth every effort to get me back on the road. He covers a wide geographic area but if you are ever broken down in Mississippi, Alabama on I20 or the surrounding areas don't hesitate to call him! You will not be disappointed!
