I am extremely satisfied with James and Jerry's work. James was referred to me by my aunt when he as master technician left Mercedes service department to open his own shop at their previous location 1047 39th Street, Oakland. I trusted him with our Mercedes, Volvo, and Toyota Camry. Work was always done accurately, promptly and at reasonable price. He always gave trustworthy advice regarding choosing new cars.
