Grumpy elderly mechanic. Maybe some skills (not sure about that since he kept asking me to call on the following week since he was busy and never took my car) but definitely not an hence of customer service concern.
Our Jeep was making major squeaking noises & thought it was the brakes. Took the parts up to have them replaced... James was 10000% honest after looking at them & said they were not needed and didn't charge. In a world full of questions he provided an honest answer and didn't charge for the appraisal. Highly recommend for trust factor alone!! Peace of mind on your kid's car is worth it!
