Good work I had James replace a broken window on my Suburban. I bought the window from a junk yard to cut costs, and James had no problem with that. They did more than I expected, re-assembling the back door that I had disassembled to get the broken window out. They made some scratches on the door, but did an excellent job otherwise.
Shop around!!! After an accident I took my new car for an estimate - which was similar to other estimates I received. I took my vehicle to them for repair, and they tell me when I picked it up that they missed the huge dents on the hood on the estimate (the most obvious area of damage), and that the repair cost was more. Shady business, there are so many auto body shops - check around and go with a reputable one!
Decent work AAA sent me to James Glass after my car accident. They did a pretty good job repairing my car, but left some paint spray on the windshield. When I called to ask about it, they told me to schedule another appointment and they would look at it. Nothing was ever done. The rest of the work was good.
