Always prompt, excellent explanations, thorough
Dr. Archer was so helpful when I was admitted from the ER. Very caring and he actually listens.
I have seen Dr Archer and have very happy with my visits. He does take the time to answer questions and his staff have always been very friendly.
Today I went with my mother for an appointment with Dr. Archer. She was a first time new patient. She was told by his staff that they had all her records from the referring physician so she didn't bring any previous records with her. Dr. Archer was beyond rude to my poor mother about this. His tone was unexcusable. He talked down to her and cut her off mid-sentence when she tried answering his questions. She will never go back to him.
Due to staff miscommunication with procedure appointment, I had to walk out on one of my procedures. Over 2 hours of waiting and was on IV. I would say that Dr. Archers' staff needs to work together better and talk to each other!
