He never answerd his phone, I call him 7X to tell him he forgot some of his equiptment at my clients house. He accidently used a Pending comparable with the wrong sales price that couldnt be revised unless he went back ou to the propety, of course that was ($150) more. The appraisal came back $9k low. The lender, the other agent and I had to keep trying to see when he was going to make the correction it came back the same value.
