Dr. Armstrong was amazing! This doctor is not only knowledgeable but experience which puts you at ease when knowing your in capable hands. I appreciate his straight forward approach. His staff was great and Mrs. Linda was amazing!
A great experience all around! I was very impressed with Dr. James Armstrong and his unique "bedside manner." His depth of medical knowledge is unsurpassed, as evidenced by his numerous board certifications, and his delivery of both testing and diagnosis were comprehensive & entertaining. He even took additional time out of his busy schedule to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction without rushing me out of the office. If I could give this doctor a 0 he deserves it. There was no appropriate bedside manners. As a new patient he walked into the room, left the door open in which is a "Hippa" violation in which im sorry if it's spelled incorrectly. I felt it was racial profiling, and the examination for a new patient was 15 minutes and rushed. I definitely would not recommend this individual. I will also go to corporate because you have epic software, so you can see my records, and try to mix my words and confuse me not acceptable. Shame on yo... read more
