When I first arrived, I noticed a piece of hair with dried blood on the bed beneath the exam paper, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. The appointment itself was quick and the diagnosis was delivered promptly, but the doctor didn’t ask thorough questions about how my other exercises or activities may have contributed to the injury. As an internal doctor his first choice isn't always to get surgery if it's not needed. He tries to find the root of the problem without pumping you full of medication. Very personable, hands-On and thorough. Would highly suggest optimal medical and especially Dr James Anderson for all your orthopedic needs. Excellent service, excellent clinic, clean and friendly.
Working with Dr. Anderson has been an incredible experience. He’s not only highly professional, but you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He actually listens like really listens and it shows in the way he approaches treatment. I felt heard, understood, and truly supported in my recovery. Dr. Anderson will always be my go-to orthopedic doctor. Hands down the best highly recommended!
I came to see Dr. Anderson for the first time, back in January. He is kind, with an excellent bedside manner and explained everything to me in a clear and understandable way. I feel comfortable being in his care and I am confident my condition will improve.
Dr. James Anderson is a great orthopedic doctor. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and explained everything in a simple, easy to understand way. He also showed her exercises and kept a very positive attitude throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend him.
