Were very happy with the job James amazing pools did. The tile guys were excellent, as were the guys who installed the new coping! The plasterers did an excellent job in the pool! When I began looking for a company to resurface my pool, I went to my communitys website, **************. There were a number of satisfied homeowners who recommended James Amazing Pools and Decks. I still did my homework and got a quote from another company. James pricing was very fair. Well, I wasnt disappointed. He presented as a nice guy and had good recommendations. However, he completely failed. Hired him in July to renovate a pool. After that he was a mess - took weeks to get the insurance certificate, I had to get him cleared by HOA since he couldn't get the forms in, struggled to get a permit like he had never done a permit before. The strangest thing is he refused to talk - he would never return a call or stop by but would send a text. After 3 months of time and no permit and no activity we went with someone else. Beware.
James is one of the best around. Professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. I have witnessed his complete multiple pool renovations to include my own, which I am in love with. The detail of what he accomplished in my yard are unreal, but he brought my vision to life. The work was completed within2 weeks which other companies quoted me over 2 months.
