Dishonest sales practices. They sell damaged items online and then do not take responsibility for it. We have shopped here for years. I am astounded at this small business’ practices and the lack of concern for blatant fraudulent sales. This is why small businesses are becoming fewer and it is better to shop at big box retailers who stand behind their product. I bought an item online. It had several scratches in the leather. I shopped in there yesterday and changed my mind on my purchase before I even stepped foot out of the store and the girl said "we don't usually give money back". I live in a different state and wouldn't be returning for a very long while to use the store credit she offered me. So I'm stuck with a $60 pair of pajamas that was misled to be sold separately, not as a set. I guess they need my money more than me. Lesson learned.

Respond to customer questions on social media since thats their main marketing platform. Don't be disrespectful to potential customers when they have questions. They need a better customer service team.
