This provider has excellent bedside manner and values his patients and he takes as much time as needed to listen to his patients and he addresses their concerns. What is horrible is front desk staff giving out medical advice when you inquire about making an appointment for medications. One of the front desk non licensed ladies stated “ you cant have that medication, youre not eligible.” They are very abrasive. I dont feel welcome just because of how Im treated by his front desk. Fantastic office with outstanding customer service. Dr Dicke is so attentive and takes time with each patient, listens and provides feedback. He really cares, is passionate about patient health and knows what he is talking about. That behavior passes through the PA’s, nurses, diabetes educator and office staff as well. The entire team is just wonderful. Could not recommend higher!!!
Holy cow!! Amazing doctor!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to have found him. So smart and caring.
Very busy and will take 1 1/2 weeks (at least) to get back to you about your test results after they come in. Difficult to get the doctor to return phone call and talk you through test results.
