Amazing service and a WONDERFUL environment!! Love getting to do business with these wonderful Christian people, love this place!
We have had James Accounting prepare our taxes for the last several years. We are currently trying to get our 2022 State refund and 2023 Federal refund. We had to mail them in ourselves now have to wait who knows how long before hearing anything. Paid $180 this year and probably the same last year to have them prepared and electronically filed only to have to mail them in ourselves. Hard to reach in their office or by phone. They have been notified that we are having problems but seem to be unable to help. No record that the... read more
