I’ve consistently had positive experiences with Dr. Wilcox. He’s knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and I’ve always felt he genuinely listens. I’ve never felt rushed or brushed off. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews, especially about the front desk. In my experience, the staff has been professional and respectful. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Wilcox and his team. When calling the office, everybody is always attentive, polite, and helpful to get appointments or give me information I need. When visiting the office from the greeters at the front desk to everyone along the experience, you’re greeted with a smile and care, which is so appreciated when needing healthcare. Called to schedule a new patient appointment. I was asked to be put on hold. They put me on hold for over 6 minutes (which is still totally cool, I get it) the problem is then they answered while laughing and hung up the phone! I called right back and of course it says “the office is now closed” working for a specialist office I had heard stories of this staff before but now got to experience first hand.
