Made an appointment to be seen on Jan. 29th, 2024, and when I got to the office the nurse at the front desk told me that my appointment was scheduled for the Thursday or Friday prior to that date. I pulled up email that said my appointment was scheduled for for Jan. 29th. When I showed her that, she said she would honor it and told me to wait. At the time I was the only patient in the waiting room. A few minutes go by and Person A shows up and checks-in at the desk, and gets taken back to see the doctor after a few minutes. ... read more
