I was scheduled with Dr. Van Hook for an in-person VA exam. Dr. Van Hook changed the appointment from in-person to telehealth without my consent less than 24 hours before my appointment, according to the exam office. After asking why the exam location was changed, he stated the scheduling office for the exam changed the appointment, which was untrue. Giving this man 1 star is highly overrated.How can the state social security office send anyone who has severe depressive disorder to this man.He needs to have his license revoked.
