Unfortunately had terrible work done with this company through my estate agent in which an uneven floor was laid and lots of wood chippings and dirt left when the lino floor was put on top creating bumps throughout and then had to come back as the bath was now leaking which soaked the flooring they had come to replace in the first place.

I had a big plumbing job to do at home, I asked for a quote but the wait time for a quote was 5 weeks which was too long a wait for us.

We have used Turners for over 20 years to install and maintain our central heating, hot water and underfloor heating system. They are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and work hard to resolve any issues that crop up. Adam has been our most regular technician over the past few years and he did a particularly good job upgrading our underfloor heating system, as well as maintaining our boiler on an ongoing basis. Would highly recommend Turners. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

We have used James A Turner for a number of years exclusively to look after four family houses that we have in the Hertford area. They are well organised, efficient, timely and once again today, Adam has resolved a central heating problem. We remain loyal customers!
