We hired Mr. Schaeffer when we were charged with a citation were not guilty of. Was a crazy case kind of hard to believe. Didn't accept plea bargain and went to trial. I was so impressed with his demeanor and the way he presented it. He ran circles around the DA in W.C. Would recommend!

Mr. Schaeffer squeezed me in for a document review. It was last minute, at the end of the year when he is typically wrapping up his cases and work and not taking on anything new, but he went out of his way to take on reviewing my legal document for accuracy and feedback. He's been my court appointed attorney on several cases. He's basically just a facilitator for the state, a plea bargain attorney. Be aware of this, it says plea bargain but it's no bargain. If you plan on going to trial you probably need money otherwise it's a plea bargain, you're just another number, one number out of hundreds of "clients" getting pushed through the system. A plea bargain attorney attorney is basically someone who just fills out the legal paperwork for you while pushing you through Court.
