Quoted me $150/hr to take my case. Sent me an Email saying he worked ~3 hours to review my case then charged me almost $1500 to tell me he was not going to take the case based on information I gave him the first day in the consultation! This lawyer will take your money without providing any services whatsoever! Take your money elsewhere, there are plenty of lawyers who are not out to steal your money. James A Palmer should be disbarred!
I spent thousands of dollars trying to obtain visitation with my daughter, under the direction of Mr. Palmer. Not once did he tell me that if my daughter simply did not want to see me, That I had no rights as her natural father to get her to come to the court ordered visits, after Mr. Palmer assured me that my daughters mother was in contempt for not having my daughter available at the visit exchange. Start to finish my divorce was painless and well executed. James listened to my wants and needs and made everything simple to understand. Hopefully I'll never need his services again but if the need ever occurred again I would use him again no questions asked.
Should of paid more for different attorney. Palmer totally dropped the ball and didn't keep up with my claim. Ended up missing the deadline due to his negligence. Then had to file malpractice claim with his insurance company for his error. This created extended delays and problems.
