A rating of 4.5 is definitely not true, the last time I saw his rating online it was in the 2 star rating from different patients. Now the number is reduced favoring a 4.5. Dr James Neubrander is the worst most unempathetic doctor you can ever meet. And his front desk rep Denise Putthoff is so rude you will cry at every encounter trying to make an appointment.
