I agree with Joseph Coffman. I was in a bad accident and spent two days in the SMH Trauma unit. I've got 3 broken ribs, punctured lung, fractured scapula and a shoulder separation. When I saw Dr Oettinger he was unaware of the fractured scapula. We asked him to pull up the xrays from the hospital and he said he would and left the room. He never returned and we were escorted out to make a follow-up appointment. My home Care team made many phone calls to Julie RN seeking clarifying information in order to properly care for me ... read more

Dr. Yenari is a knowledgeable physician whom I trusted with my care, and his nursing staff were consistently kind and supportive during my visits. I genuinely appreciated them. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office was very different. I repeatedly found the front desk staff to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacking compassion in their interactions. These people suck. You can't call the office and their patient portal won't let you in, even when you change your password. With all the money they charge and all the money they're making, you'd think they could provide fair customer service.

Beware!! Anthony Skidmore and his gatekeeper Holly do not care about you or your well-being! Unfortunately, I've been under his care since 2019.
