If you are reading reviews you are probably confused, scared and looking for a good surgeon. That’s how I felt when I found out I had a suspicious nodule. I saw Dr Lee after “interviewing” several surgeons. He is calm, very clear and detailed in his communication, his office is well run! It was a complex surgery to remove my entire thyroid which was growing down my throat and pressing on the jugular vein on both sides of my neck. My consult visit was informative and Dr. Lee was caring and answered all my questions and made it clear about my post operative recovery. I felt good about my decision to go ahead with the surgery with Dr. Lee. On the day of the surgery Dr. Lee was pleasant, answering any questions I had and encouraging about the surgery. Superb office staff led by a superb leader , Dr. James Lee. I was treated with kindness, consideration, AND a justifiably confident and supremely capable physician - not a “provider “ but a highly trained doctor who dispenses medicine and wisdom in equal parts.
