Great place!
My kids love the pool here, very clean and spacious. However, the workers are young and rude at the front desk. They literally offer no help what so ever just nasty attitudes and stands around flirting with the guys utilizing the basketball court all day at the front desk. Two stars for the pool but the slide is never open and the float obstaclecourses are never out for usage as shown on the photos.
My mom got my family a membership for our birthdays. Great gift. But we have 4 kids they wanted to use the park and the slide ..NEITHER of them were opened until last week the outdoor park opened but you don't need to be a member to use that. So the slide is still NOT working. There is a huge Olympic pool for swimmers...and a tiny spot for kids but still deep pool. You can't bring any swimming noodles or fun mermaid fins w you. I really want to love this pool, but the slide is never opened, there is not a shallow pool, they have a track you cant run on it , i have NEVER heard of a track you can't even run on!! That is crazy! And the people who let you in are not very kind at all. This was our 4th time here and although we have a membership ( purchased before knowing any lf this) it's hard to find it worth it bc of all the problems they have had w the park , slide and track. !
I was visiting town a couple of weeks ago and brought my children to swim here on March 1st. I was shocked to observe the lifeguards were not doing their jobs in the least, there was barely one life guard watching the children. Even the one or two who appeared to be “on duty” out of the five hanging around on their phones were simply not paying attention or also on their phone.
