Great family doctor. Stays up with everything going on.
I have taken my sister there several times and each time we had to wait weeks to get in. Then we waited almost an hour for our appointment. No one came out while we were waiting. No one was parked anywhere in front and no one was in the waiting room. My sister tried talking to Ann but she is not nice. I went up and tried talking to her because my sister was hurt thinking she said something to her to make her mad. I tried to get Ann to smile. She is just plain mean. My name is Barbie and I'm a young 79 year old female. In 2023 I was diagnosed with cancer of the Perotid gland. That is the right Salivary gland. I had been seeing Dr. Keating since I moved in 2018. He is such a personable doctor and I felt I had also met a new friend. I didn't feel rushed, he was thorough and shared any concerns just like he had known me all his life. Dr Keating is kind and compassionate and takes the time to listen to his patients. As a retired nurse I highly recommend Dr Keating and his staff . It’s rare to find a Doctor and staff that are as knowledgeable, professional and kind as they are !
