I’m only 9 months out. Not seeing the results as of yet. A huge investment with no guarantees. I suppose I should have known that going in. For the higher end cost I would have hoped for much better customer service and responsiveness. It feels like they are bigger than they can support. I shared this with the company and the CEO was very responsive. Much appreciated, but it has still left a sour taste in my mouth, especially given the (lack of) results.
