I was seen by Alison. Simply OUTSTANDING! She was dedicated and committed to fixing my hearing aid issues and was successful in doing so. Just a great person. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was to be seen by her. Thank you Alison!
Miss Allison, the Audiology Tech was absolutely amazing. My Ears were so plugged up with wax I could not hear out of one of them. She was able to remove and clean the Ear Canals out successfully. I can't thank her enough. She was so very humorous as well, making me feel comfortable during the procedure. She had me laughing...and I don't do that much with PTSD syndrome. Thank You Miss Allison, you made my day much more bearable. God Bless America, Miss Allison and the VA Audiology Dept staff.
