everytime i come with a driver to pick up my grandfather we’re always waiting an extensive amount of time for them to get his paperwork together to be able to leave with the driver. there’s no reason why he shouldn’t be ready for pick up and the team taking an extra amount of time to have his things ready. we schedule drivers to make it easier on all of us and here we are stressing ourselves out more wondering what’s taking so long. this happens everytime we arrive, we’ve had to even arrive a lot earlier because we know what... read more
Heads up, the library is closed on Fridays due to staff shortages. It also closes at 3pm daily.
This a veteran hospital that cares!
As a 100% Service Connected Veteran, I've had many, many opportunities to use this hospital. They have been almost uniformly excellent over my last 18 years there.
1. Confusing place to get around. 2. About half of the admin staff needs customer relations training. 3. Medical staff excellent
