The professional staff, (for example Doctors and nurses) have always been courteous and treated me with dignity and respect whenever I go in. But whenever I ask for information from any other employees, I get a mixed treatment. For example, the African American gentleman that I dealt with on August 6th around 2pm at the travel pay desk was straight up rude. This guy did not know how to interact with me.
