A month and a half ago, Dalelis Plumbing replaced the flush valve of my toilet. Yesterday it started leaking and the tank would not fill. I called James. He asked me to send him a picture of the flush valve. I did and he immediately called back to me and said he would send someone out to replace the gasket. They promptly fixed the problem – no charge. They were very courteous, polite and professional. I would recommend Dalalis Plumbing to anyone.
They came at 6:30 this morning and did an excellent job fixing my furnace. I also liked that James explained each step of the fix. He also checked the Eversource equipment and found an issue iwth a piece of their equipment. I was able to call Eversource and get that replaced.
I called them on Monday morning because I was having trouble with my heat and they had somebody at the house before noon. Got me all fixed up in just a couple hours. Good work
James replaced our furnace & was responsive, punctual, & fair. We would hire him again if needed.
