If I could do for no star, I would love to do it. I started to contact James on July 15, 2024. I told him that my HVAC unit was needed to replace. Supposely no cost for an estimate. He came to my house on July 17, 2024. He took some pictures and said that he would give a proposal soon. He asked to pay him $159 immediately and promised me this payment would be deducted from the replacement job done. The work they did on my kitchen sink was great, they installed a reverse osmosis system, however communication was extremely difficult. They were not very responsive and consistently did not respond to text messages or email.
These guys are the real deal. Very professional. Top quality workmanship!
A month and a half ago, Dalelis Plumbing replaced the flush valve of my toilet. Yesterday it started leaking and the tank would not fill. I called James. He asked me to send him a picture of the flush valve. I did and he immediately called back to me and said he would send someone out to replace the gasket. They promptly fixed the problem – no charge. They were very courteous, polite and professional. I would recommend Dalalis Plumbing to anyone.
They came at 6:30 this morning and did an excellent job fixing my furnace. I also liked that James explained each step of the fix. He also checked the Eversource equipment and found an issue iwth a piece of their equipment. I was able to call Eversource and get that replaced.
