Boiler stopped working on a Monday night and temps were forecast to drop well below zero. Called Dalelis and immediately got an appointment for that afternoon. James came and fixed a stuck damper and explained the whole process. Would highly recommend Dalelis!

Our heat pump stopped working during a big snow fall this winter. We called James Dalelis Plumbing and HVAC to come and take a look. They did a great job investigating and resolving the problem. I would highly recommend them. We will be calling them if we have any HVAC or plumbing issues in the future.

We recently had a water heater installed and had a great experience. The owner, James, responded quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and scheduled the installation promptly. The technician, Nick, was very friendly and did a great job. We are returning customers. Nick previously fixed a pipe leak in our basement, and his excellent work is why we called the company again. Highly recommended

Company got back to me same day after I reached out. Was able to schedule service for next day. Technician was able to diagnose a few issues we had; due to the types of issues and equipment needed, technician was not able to actually fix them during the visit (made a referral to Roto Rooter and we need to order special equipment to replace what was broken). Company was quick, courteous and professional.
