I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism. I called on a Thursday mid-morning, Jay arrived around 1. Problem solved within a half-hour. Prices are phenomenal. I have found a forever company.
Called early a.m.James said he would be over in 15 mins.He took A/C unit apart and replaced the capacitor in less than 1/2 hr.Great job.Fair price and quick response.They are my a/c and plumbing go to from now to going forward!!!!
Showed up late, Charged me $500 for a 30 minute drain repair utilizing a rubber clamp. Left a mess all over the floor. Never Again
If I could do for no star, I would love to do it. I started to contact James on July 15, 2024. I told him that my HVAC unit was needed to replace. Supposely no cost for an estimate. He came to my house on July 17, 2024. He took some pictures and said that he would give a proposal soon. He asked to pay him $159 immediately and promised me this payment would be deducted from the replacement job done. However, I kept to text him 6 times till April 16, 2025 in which he didn't respond at all. No proposal has been provided. I don'... read more
The work they did on my kitchen sink was great, they installed a reverse osmosis system, however communication was extremely difficult. They were not very responsive and consistently did not respond to text messages or email.
